Safeguarding Policy

We have many programs across the country where we strive to protect children from harm. As we strive to do in our child protection programs, it is equally important to promote safeguarding to ensure that Ntengwe is safe for children, youths and adults by promoting awareness and mitigating the risk of or actual harm that may come to children and young people by employees, volunteers, partners, representatives, programming, vendors or operations.

Gender Policy

Ntengwe for Community Development is doing whatever it takes to ensure to promote gender equality. Our dream is to see a world where women and men, girls and boys and youth of diverse gender identities are heard, valued and have access to equal opportunities. We believe that all women and girls should be empowered to live their lives, speak their minds and determine their own future. Placing gender equality at the heart of our work will have a resounding impact on the lives of women, children and families that we serve, creating positive and sustainable change in their communities.
